The Community Practice Network brings together local authority leaders, practitioners, commissioners and transformation teams to openly discuss the challenges shaping Adult Social Care today.

Our sessions are designed to create space for honest conversation, practical learning, and peer exchange. Topics are driven by the issues councils tell us matter most, from Direct Payments and outcomes-focused practice to demand, prevention, commissioning, funding, and future service pressures.

The network is primarily made up of councils working closely with Imosphere, although we periodically open selected sessions to a wider group of local authorities where discussions may be particularly relevant.

By registering your interest, you'll receive:

  • Invitations to future Community Practice Network sessions
  • Early access to insight reports and discussion summaries
  • Updates on emerging themes and learning from councils across England
  • Opportunities to contribute to future discussions and shape upcoming topics

Whether you're involved in practice, commissioning, transformation, performance, or service leadership, the network offers an opportunity to learn from peers facing similar challenges across the sector.
