An in-person morning of shared learning and peer discussions.
Central London | Thu 19 March 2026 | 10:00-13:30 | Light lunch provided
Local authorities are navigating continued pressure in SEND, alongside evolving reform, funding change and rising expectations. This in-person event brings SEND leaders and practitioners together to step back, share experience, and reflect on what’s working in practice.
The session is designed as a collaborative, peer-led morning - creating space to learn from one another, discuss current challenges, and explore what good could look like over the next 12-24 months.
The morning will combine short presentations with facilitated discussion and informal networking. The focus is practical and grounded in real local authority experience, rather than theory or policy speculation.
We’ll explore themes including:

Steph will reflect on:
We’ll also share a short update on Imosphere’s roadmap and facilitate open discussion on how we can best support local authorities over the coming 12-24 months - informed by your priorities, pressures and experiences.
This session is designed to be discussion-led and practice-focused.
Attendance is free. Places are limited to keep discussions focused and meaningful.
If you’d like to attend, please register your interest. We’ll follow up with further details and confirmation shortly.
